Delete your Vibio account
You can permanently delete your Vibio account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: delete in the app
- Open Vibio and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account and data.
- Confirm with your password.
The deletion takes effect immediately.
Option 2: request by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@vibio.live from the address on your account with the subject "Vibio account deletion request". We will verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile: name, photos, bio, gender, preferences, hobbies, city and country.
- Your email address, password hash and date of birth.
- Your location data.
- Your connections, friend requests, game history and all messages and photos you sent in conversations.
- Your Vibio Bucks balance and transaction history.
- Your sessions and push notification tokens.
What is kept
- Reports you submitted about other members are retained so safety records stay intact, but they are stripped of your account identifiers.
- Records we are required to keep by law (for example, minimal transaction records for tax or fraud-prevention purposes) may be retained for the period the law requires.
Backups are cycled out on a rolling basis and any residual copies are overwritten within 30 days of deletion.
